The Kent Volunteer Fire Department operates a number of fundraisers throughout the year in order to offset operating costs. Follow the links below to learn more about the efforts of the Department to raise funds to offset the cost of fire and EMS operations.
Ice Watch
We would like to thank you for your support in 2010.
A 50/50 fundraiser involving guessing the date and time the ice on the Housatonic River will break up.

The KVFD Fireman’s Fair
August 26th, 27th, and 28th- 2010
Held in August, the fair includes carnival rides, a fireman’s parade, great food, largest tag sale around, live bands, competitions, and games of skill.
Kent Volunteer Fire Department Golf Tournament
This years event will be September 20th, 2010, Our 6th Annual tournament held at the Bulls Bridge Golf Club.
Registration includes cocktails and dinner. Dinner only tickets are also available.

The Kent Volunteer Fire Department is proud to offer “At a moments notice” as a limited edition Giclee print while supplies last. 99th year June 12, 2010
Held annually in June the Ball is attended by an average of 700 guests, The department members and friends cook a roast beef dinner followed by music to dance the night away.
