2017 Firemen’s Ball will be held Saturday, June 10
The Kent Volunteer Fire Department will be celebrating 106 years of service to the Kent community by hosting the annual Kent Firemen’s Ball Saturday, June 10 at the Kent Firehouse, 28 Maple St.
The Firemen’s Ball has a long tradition in Kent, with residents and neighbors coming together for a night of dinner and dancing, frivolity with friends old and new, and a celebration of community.
Doors open at 6 p.m. Dinner is served at 7 p.m.
“The Ball” as regulars know it, is an evening of dinner, sharing a wonderful evening with friends, and dancing.
This year’s event will bring back many traditions folks may know…
- Bill Tobin’s famous Roast Beef, slow-cooked over an open fire
- the return of LIVE music to dance to throughout the evening!
- The Grand March
Advance tickets are available online for $35 per person. Tickets are $40 at the door.
Reservations are strongly encouraged, and tickets must be pre-paid before making a reservation. Call 860.927-3080 (or email KVFDBall@kentfire.org) to reserve individual seats or a table of 10.
