Assistant Fire Chief Wendell Soule drew the winning 2017 Ice Watch ticket at KVFD’s monthly meeting Monday, March 6. The winner, Crystal Ohmen of Lakeville, will share the $515 with the department. A drawing took place due to the lack of ice on the river.
