The Kent Volunteer Fire Department Inc. is seeking proposals for the purchase of one (1) flat bottom rescue boat and trailer for fire department emergency use.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE - Saturday, October 26, 2019 5:00pm. Any proposal received after this deadline will NOT be accepted or considered.
RFP QUESTIONS DEADLINE: Monday, October 21, 2019 at 5:00PM. Questions on the proposal shall be sent via e-mail to RFP@kentfire.org. All answers to questions will be shared with all vendors who have requested the proposal. Any questions received after this deadline will NOT be answered.
BID OPENING: Monday, October 28, 2019 at 7:15PM. Proposals will be opened and read aloud at the Boat Committee Meeting.
No facsimile, email, or telephone proposals will be accepted.
Submitted proposals shall contain all information requested and be submitted in the format shown within the solicitation document.
Proposals must be sealed and clearly identified on the outside of the envelope/package to read: RFP: BOAT: October 26, 2019, as well as the proposer’s business name and address.
